3 days desert tour from Marrakech to Fes
Day 01: Marrakech – Tichka – Ait ben hadou – Ouarzazate –
Rose valley – Dades valley
Today, the 3 days desert tour from Marrakech to Fes start from Marrakech to Dades, and during our way we’re going to see the most amazing landscapes in morocco. First we’ll stop at the highest road Tishka to enjoy the magnificent view of the High Atlas Mountains.
Continue to the heritage of humanity; Ait Ben Hadou, declared by UNESCO in 1987 and several famous films and series have been made on this site. Like Gladiator(2000), Sahara(2005), Babel(2006), Game of thrones(2011). this fortified Ksar is located in the province of Ouarzazate in Daraa Tafilalet region of Morocco.
Next we’ll head up to discover the remarkable region characterized by the magnificence of its various landscapes; Ouarzazate “ the gate of the desert ” built in 1928 by the frensh. Ouarzazate is a site on the highland at 1160 m, where Daraa rivers joined with astonishing splendid valleys. It’s the starting point of excursions to “ Dades ”, the East oasis, road to the South and to Anti-Atlas Mountains. It is above all, Ouarzazate is an open door to the exciting adventures of the great south. Continue to explore the Rose valley and then our last step in this day will be on Dades.

Day 02: Dades – Todra gorge – Tinjdad – Rissani –
Merzouga desert
After having breakfast we will continue our journey to Merzouga desert, first we will enjoy the panoramic view of Dades valley and move toward Todra gorge, which was called the Grand canyon of morocco “ Tinghir ”, we’ll see it’s fantastic rock walls that change colors to magical effects as the sun hits it and we will have some time to put our legs in the water.
Later on we will continue our route and stop in the villages of Tinjdad and Rissani to explore morocco oldest architectures then continue to Merzouga desert where we’ll enjoy the spectacular view while taking our guided camel trek through the sand dunes of the desert to reach our final destination for the evening in the camp.
The camp in Merzouga desert known to be one of the greatest camps in morocco. After arriving to our camp we will welcomed by a mint tea and dates, next we will rest and enjoy the stunning sunset as the sun setting over the lush sand dunes of Morocco sahara Desert.
During our night in the desert camp that characterizse by it’s tranquility and peace, we will enjoy our traditional dinner that prepared by the local friendly people, followed by the berber music and a compfire time under the starry African sky.
Then after dinner we will settle in our private tents with it’s king size bed.
Merzouga offers many different activities and experiences such as Camel trekking, Sandbathing and so on. That’s what makes Merzouga desert a wonderful place to explore and where lifelong memories put together.
Day 03: Merzouga desert- Ziz valley- Midelt – Ifran – Azrou – Fes
Today we’ll wake up early to enjoy the magnificent Sahara desert sunrise, we will have our breakfast and shower before we start our trip to Fes.
On our way to Midelt we’ll pass through Ziz oasis, where we will stop to enjoy the precious Ziz valley’s view surrounded by the thousand date palms. we will move to Ifran with its chalet like houses called a Switzerland of Morocco, continue to queen of the Medium Atlas; Azrou city. This city known for its Atlas cedars forest populated by Barbary apes, after that we will proceed to Fes where we’ll close our morocco desert tour.
