► Itinerary:
Day 1: Tangier – Chefchaouen – Fez
Departure from your accommodation in Tangier to Chefchaouen, visit of the charm medina and proceed across the Rif mountains to Fez. Your dinner and night in a beautiful Riad ( dinner included).
Day 2: Fez – Azrou – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga
After breakfast, we leave for the desert, through Ifrane and Azrou m, where you will see monkeys in the wild, then we continue to Errachidia and Erfoud where you visit a fossil museum. We then continue to Merzouga, where you will could walk to the rear of camels, to reach the camp in the dunes of Erg chebbi. You will spend an excellent evening around the campfire, dinner and a calm night in tents at the camp.
Day 3: Merzouga
Enjoy a lovely sunrise in the dunes we set off again on camels to explore the desert region, we will visit the nomads in their tents, and we will attend gnaoua shows in a village called khamlia, then we will come back to backpack camel ride to the camp to spend the second night at the bivouac. Dinner and a night at the camp.
Day 4: Merzouga – Alnif – Zagora
We will leave Merzouga towards Zagora, crossing the beautiful landscapes of southern Morocco, and spend the night in a luxury camp in Zagora with dinner.
Day 5: Zagora – Ait ben Haddou – Marrakech
After your breakfast, we will leave Zagora towards Ouarzazate. We will have a break at Agdz. At the meantime, we’ll visit the Tamnougalt kasbah, then we will continue to Ouarzazate, where we will visit the Taouririte kasbah and the film studios. We will then visit the kasbah of Ait ben haddou with a local guide, then we continue to Marrakech via Telouat to see the kasbah of Glaoui. We will cross the magnificent mountains of the High Atlas to arrive at the end of the day in Marrakech. You will enjoy your dinner and a night in a Riad.
Day 6: Marrakech
Right after breakfast, you will be visiting the medina with a local guide, discovering all the historical monuments of the city. Of course, your dinner and night stay will be in fancy Riad.
Day 7: Marrakech – Casablanca – Rabat
After breakfast, we will leave for Casablanca via the highway; we will visit the Hassan II mosque, and we will continue to Rabat, dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 8: Rabat – Assilah – Tangier
After breakfast, we will visit the Hassan Tower and the Oudayas kasbah. Later we will leave for Tangier via Asilah and Larache. We will drop you off at your accommodation in Tangier. So, you can enjoy 8 Days from Tangier to desert tour with your family. Call us for more details.
